Bulk hourly rate recalculation would be helpful when pay increases apply to a large number of start members once the current run pay run is opened.
Having to recalculate the rate one by one for each employee once the pay run is opened is really unefficient for companies with hundreds of employees
Yes a good idea, we have to keep the payroll closed for too long when we do annual uplifts. We also have many union negotiations during the year and again cannot open the payroll until this are completed. This leaves us short of time to complete other changes that are not permanent.
