Any advice on what BACS file to use for Staffology payroll. We previously used NatWest Bankline on Earnie Payroll Software V25.120.7 but none of the NatWest options on Staffology were accepted by NatWest bank when we tried to upload the BACS file.
We need an adhoc bulk payment file in the same format as the example you can download from Bankline built into Staffology Every Payroll. None of the other formats will be excepted onto our bank. This is the same format as the one I used in Earnie successfully for a number of years without issue.
