OSP Schemes based on Sickness occasions

Had a customer request for sick schemes based on occasions and not just length of service

Customer Example

Lisa would be entitled to OSP based on her terms and conditions and length of service.

However, as Lisa has had 2 absences in the last 12 months that were already paid at OSP, this absence would not qualify for OSP.

Instead Lisa would be paid SSP for the absence. SSP would be paid from day 1 of the absence.
