Currently Staffology does not currently provide a built-in report to calculate, export or view the average hours worked over the preceding 52 weeks for employees with irregular hours. This is a significant difference from Earnie, which automated this calculation for you.
For irregular workers, we need to:
Manually review the pay history data on screen
Calculate the average hours yourself from the accumulated weekly data.
Use this calculation to determine appropriate holiday entitlement.
