Currently employers do not have the same payslip view as employees. Customers find it challenging to support their employees with queries when they are not looking at the same documents. It would be helpful if the employer and employee received the same payslip view.
We find it difficult too. We use MyePayWindow an the payslip view is very different to the Staffology PDF. I understand MEPW serves a host of Iris products but I feel the modern view on Staffology should be implemented on the MEPW
