Close "case" options

It would be beneficial and more realistic to have additional options available when we wish to close any "cases".

There is currently only 3 options; "No longer Required", "Resolved by Customer" or "Resolved by IRIS Service Team".

For the majority of our cases, non of the available options are relevant due to cases not being able to be resolved by anyone due to either us being told that the issue cannot be resolved; no fix is available or the system just can't do what is required.

An additional close case option is needed to cover these scenarios so that your service level agreements reflect the true figures.
