False Failed RTI warning incorrect

We have a number of clients that are showing a "1 (not submitted)" on the main "employers list" dashboard RTI column but when checked, the RTI has not failed and all are showing as accepted.

I have raised this as a case but have been told "If any RTI's fail initially and are then re-processed or accepted, this would be the reason the 'Failed' warning would show. We advise all users check their RTI page regularly anyway to ensure all submissions are generated and submitted when they should be" which to me totally defeats the object of the warning.

Surely the system should not be producing false information and should update the RTI column on the dashboard and remove the "1".

Please can this system error be fixed so that the correct information is always displayed.
