Supplementary Run Employee Selection

Is it possible to import the employees required for supplementary run instead of having to go through all employees and find each employee individually? If you are processing a supplementary run for 100+ employees it will take some time to find / search each employee and if you then miss any after opening supplementary run do you have to delete run and start again or can you add anyone into supplementary run once it is open?
