Analysis category dropdown lists to be sorted chronologically / alphabetically

Currently, when selecting Analysis Categories for an employee, the dropdown list is sorted in the order in which the items were added, not in chronological / alphabetical order. Please can a sort option be included to enable a choice of sort options for dropdown boxes.
