HMRC will accept a correction to a pay run after year end provided it is submitted before 19 April. Staffology, however will not allow a payrun to be re-opened after year end

I contacted Staffology today only to be told I cannot amend a M12 payroll today as year end has been processed. if there is an option to process a supplementary run, why are helpdesk stating nothing can be done.
Hi there, good news! A supplementary pay feature is on the way. It will allow last-minute payroll adjustments right up until 5 April. If you’ve already completed your year-end, you’ll just need to submit an EYFPS. We expect this feature to be live by the end of October 2025.
