Use actual pension percentage from users profile on pension letter template

Currently the Auto Enrolment Insert template uses the variable {taxyear.autoenrol.contributionRate.employee} which shows the UK standard pension percentage which is incorrect for our employees. There should be an option for this to be picked up from the actual pension percentage entered against the employee/pension. Currently I have had to manually enter the percentage on the template (see case 00593371)
