Removal of Users in Staffology

Currently we can send invitations to set up new users to use Staffology with the ability to edit, approve or review.

When a person who has had user access leaves the company we routinely remove their contact details from our internal databases/shared documentation and such to ensure no sensitive data is accessible or shared inadvertently.

It would be extremely useful if we didn't have to rely on the current approver to remove accesses as sometimes they forget and when you remind them constantly and they don't do it this can cause access issues where it may be retained by persons who should not have oversight after leaving the employment.

It would also be helpful where in times of the approver being on leave whereby they haven't changed the user permissions that we can amend or revoke and reapply the accesses where they have forgotten to do so before being off but specified they will do it, or in emergency situations.

Therefore an ability to remove access (such as the revoke button in the invitations tab) would be a useful benefit to the software.
