This feature in Employer Portal would help users in avoiding data breaches, which could otherwise happen by uploading wrong files inadvertently. This feature would serve as a reminder for the users to be cautious when they are reminded by the prompt before uploading the files into Staffology.
Thank you for sharing your idea. After reviewing it, we believe a slightly different approach may provide more value to users. Instead of adding an extra confirmation prompt, we propose introducing a preview screen where users can review the uploaded data before it’s imported.
We feel this will give users a clearer way to validate their file, while reducing the chance of them clicking through a prompt without fully recognising the impact of uploading incorrect data.
