Add a dedicated "Preferred Name" field in the employee profile. This field should be available for reporting purposes and optionally included on payslips (e.g. "Lee Wai Man (Wyman Lee)"). This supports inclusion and improves clarity for staff using anglicised or affirmed names, without affecting legal records submitted to HMRC or pensions.
