Opening Balances option for CIS sub-contractors

We are migrating mid tax year over to Staffology, and there doesn't appear to be anywhere to enter Opening Balances or overwrite YTD figures for CIS sub-contractors. Annual statements are becoming more popular and this is not an option for those clients who are transferred to Staffology mid year. Other IRIS payroll products have these capabilities, so why not Staffology?
