Bulk update of payroll parameters or flags

Certain items that are in the payroll need to be collectively updated. For example the "Send documents by email" flag in the employee record should have an enable all or disable all function or a bulk update routine via an export import scenario where all flags can be set or removed swiftly. Updating individual records for an employee at a time is poor use of time for either client or bureau operative.
