Accrued hours calculated on a tax yera basis with no rollover

I have many employees on zero hours. Their holiday entitement varies month to month. W do not permit untaken leave to be rolled over. We need staffology to be bale to reset hours accrued entitlement to zero at the begining of weach tax year. I have to try to manage holidays manually!!
