Currently there is no way to see what has been brought into a Staffology / Employer Portal pay run from Staffology HR when the run is opened. For a bureau managed payroll linked to Staffology HR, reports would be useful of all transferred data from HR either as 2 reports, one for static changes and one for variable data or as a single report of all transferred information and figures.
Reporting of data received up to the last lock period and of data received since the end of the last lock period would be helpful.
It is extremely difficult to process payroll swiftly for Staffology HR linked customers and this would improve turnaround (and therefore reduce wasted time) enormously.
I totally agree with it. We must know what was supposed to pull through to payroll so we are able to pick up these that have not gone onto payroll correctly.
