Ability to edit the payslip email template with the pay period

We only use Staffology for CIS and we want to edit the email template that sends the CIS payslip to the payee to state the pay period being paid and not the week number. This is essential so the worker knows which pay period they are being paid for. We did contact support about this but they said "I Understand that you are looking to make changes on the payslips, templates, but unfortiunately we can [can't] create a new token and make correction. You could submit this as an idea to the ideas portal using the link below. This could be incorporated into Staffology's future update." We will have to move software if this is not resolved becasue our CIS payroll is growing and we have too many queries about payslips.
