There is no facility to upload P60's to myePayWindow after the year end process. This is the only time you can do this. There should be an option to do this outside of the year end process. Unfortunatley two of our clients required us to draft the April payroll as early as possible. We had closed March but did not want to send the P60's until the payslips were sent out which is later in the month so we unticked the option to send P60s to myePayWindow, incorrectly assuming that there would be another option to do this later on. We checked with support and were advised that it was not possible and we either had to send the P60's via email or you could upload a document into myePayWindow but it would not be under the P60 tab. These are clients that have been with us for years and all their history is there for every P60. They will now have a gap. Please can you rectify this.
I plan to send out via email but will advise that hopefully the P60s will be in their history soon.

Has anyone been able to resolve this issue? I attempted to open the link provided and used the API function, but encountered a 400 Bad Request error. I contacted the Staffology support team for assistance; however, the representative was unfamiliar with the process. I requested that the issue be escalated or referred to someone more knowledgeable, but was advised to leave a comment here instead.
Hey - we do have an option to re-upload P60s to through our API documents. I have included the link below which should help - https://app.staffology.co.uk/api/docs/operations/pushp60externaldata. We will be looking to add the option in the front end for the next tax year.
Totally agree with this. If we can publish historical payslips I don't see why we can't publish historical P60s.
One other tweak - when using the upload to documents option there should be an option to not autodelete after 90 days.
