We have recently had an employee that has more than one type of student loan. We have been unable to add the second loan to the employee as Staffology does not have the functionality to have more than one loan added. It is crazy that this is not a feature when employees DO have multiple loans that MUST be deducted from their pay!
Please add this feature ASAP as for this employer we are going to need to find alternative software.
I contacted support and their suggestion was to raise this as an idea....
This will become more frequent, as students can have multiple loans. Systems will need to adapt fnctionality to manage this.
Agreed - we don't see it very often, but need to handle it when we do. A surprising missing feature for what is meant to be a market leading platform
