Resubmitting monthly EPS Merged

Some clients collect their CIS statements after the 19th of the month. For this reason, the CIS Suffer needs to be amended even after the 19th. We have also had a few occasions where we received a message from HMRC saying they have not received information for a particular month and are asking us to send it. In this case, we need to resubmit that specific month. It would be helpful if we could amend and resubmit every month of the tax year, not just the last one.
