One of my clients went to use the advanced variance report, however it doesn't include things like net pay and pension contributions, or amount of hours for hourly pay. Although some of this is included on the normal variance report, the layout is different so the reports can't even be combined, so is actually more complicated for the client. Can we please upgrade the advanced one a bit so it includes all elements that would be in the analysis?
The net pay is included on the report under column K as standard. The report does not include a full pay line breakdown for pay codes being paid to an employee by design and is designed only to show the total amounts along with the percentage difference between periods being compared.
