Removing data en masse

For large clients, we use the import function to update employee records as it can be very time-consuming to do this manually and opens up the risk of error.

Currently there is availability to remove data in bulk and this feature would be very useful.

For example, when migrating a client from IPP to Staffology we must ensure the middle name field is empty before we move the MEPW connection. This is because there is no middle name field in MEPW and if there is data in this field, it will not match and will create a duplicate record. An import will only overwrite if there is data in the cell we are importing which means that I can update the middle name field but I cannot overwrite with nothing/blank cell and therefore a manual process.
