Director only employed as an employee of a Limited Company Merged

Is it possible to enter on the software that a Director only, who is employed by his Limited Company, can calculate the Director's Employers National Insurance Contribution in a lump sum at the end of the tax year ie March 2025. This would then mean that they would only have to make a one off payment to HMRC for the PAYE liability.
