When someone is on Parental Leave there is a legal requirement to maintain their pension contributions to the same level as before they went on leave.
On other systems you have the ability to manually overwrite the amounts to ensure these are correct and it would be great to be able to do that on Staffology

I'm guessing it works for Salary Sacrifice pensions as well.
Hey Rachel - When adding Parental Leave there is an option to 'Use Assumed Pensionable Pay'. You should always be able to click it and set the usual salary & then the Employer would be taken at the usual rate.
