Why is the format so different to the standard payslips.
We have clients who want to be able to access, print and post out for some employees, but the address is not in the right place.
Can you just put in the template that was there when we used to upload from IRIS Bureau - namely template 106LZ.
Clients hate the format now on Myepay
The team would like a bit more information on this so we look into this for you. Please could you contact mepw-escalations@iris.co.uk and advise which payslip template you are using and where the address would be required.
