Inconsistent Date format. One half is UK format and the other US format for the same section! EPS Merged

Would be good to have one date format ie UK in all submissions. Your EPS has US format in the "No Payment For Period" and UK format on the bottom advising the date return is submitted. Please amend. Thank you!
