We have recently migrated from BrigthPay where we were able to send payment files to clients' Modulr accounts through API, but have been notified by support that Modulr is only available for direct clients with Staffology, not bureau clients.
Please can consideration be made for bureaus to be able to upload payment files to their client's Modulr accounts via API/SSO
Please be aware that currently there is a glitch in the connection with modulr. If an employee has submit their banking information incorrectly, the upload to modulr will fail, without warning. There is NO OPTION to be able to resubmit the upload to Modulr from Staffology - even if you undo the pay run and re-do it - Staffology still says that this payment has been sent and will not let you send again... (which had me doing manual payments at least 3 times already for over 150 employees... not good... )
We are a bureau and can send payments via Modulr, I tried it for the first time today
