As we grow and our clients both new and currently migrating become significantly larger with more pay/ded elements, I believe this would be beneficial to ensure we can cater to the client needs.

Employees apply for unpaid Holiday that gets Authorised but does not get taken off the Holiday entitlement. Also some employees ask for a couple hours holiday which equates to 0.2 or 0.3 of a day which has no option to adjust the 0.5 day to this?

When resending an email there is no option to add anything further to the email in the way you would if you were forwarding on the email. This would be helpfull.

Can we add formulae for pay codes? For example, a pay code multiply by a percentage, or a pay code multiplied by another pay code. Similar to what IPP offers as "Advanced linking"
