Tax Code History on EE Record

It would be very helpful to access the tax code history for an employee from within their ee record, with dates that the code changed.

Maternity Calculations

The system should include the two months of pay which were used to calculate an employees average weekly earnings on the maternity schedule provided and allow an update of the salary while on maternity. This would help when calculating Alabaster.

Being able to view YTD balance of additions and deductions

When viewing an employees addition's and deductions it would be helpful to see the ytd balances. This was possible in Earnie for regular and adhoc payments.

Pay Rate History

Show employees pay rate history including effective dates on the 'Regular Pay' tab on their profile, currently you have to run an audit report to see what the employees pay rate history has been.

Holiday Allowance in Hours

Whilst there are three accrual options in the holiday section, there is only one allowance option (days). It would be useful to have an allowance option in hours as not all holiday allowances operate in days.

We have faced an issue where if an employee's address reduces from 4 line entries to 3 line entries we are unable to blank out the extra line entry via import we need to manually go into each employee record and remove the extra line entry manually, this is very time consuming when there are over 200 employee address changes each month.
