Include Employee Leave Date on downloaded Excel FPS Spreadsheet

Can we please have a column on the downloaded excel FPS spreadsheet which shows the employees leave date submitted to HMRC?

Employee address validation

The system currently allows for post codes to be entered in any format, presumably this will fail upon sending an FPS so it would be helpful to add validation at the point of setting up an employee.
