The make and model field for payrolled car benefits is unlimited in terms of the number of characters, however this is causing the FPS to fail as there is a limited number of charcters accepted on the FPS. Could validation be added to only allow the correct amount of characters to be entered to prevent the FPS failing?
Any data field held in the system, should be configured to match the requirements of any mandatory reporting required, the field input should be restricted as this is causing an issue with FPS submissions.
