When the bulk payslips are generated, there should be the option to include the employee's NAME in the filename not just the employee NUMBER.
This would make it a lot easier for the agent and the employer (and less chance of sending a payslip to the wrong employee).

Thanks for the suggestion. We are in the process of developing an alternative delivery method where employees will be able to use a portal to download payslips themselves - that would stop this issue from being possible. I will update you when I have more news on progress of that - we are currently in the test phase.

I needed to mention the agency name in the payslips 2 years ago. I put them via "add note function", but I had only few employees, so it was easy. If you have more than 10, you can't do it every week. It is good to hear that you are developing alternative method. Thank you.
