Automatically Update Hourly and Daily rates when Salary or Contracted Hours are changed Merged

When a salary or contracted hours are changed on the system, the associated rates do not automatically change, opening up a huge risk of paying employees incorrectly. Having to click re-calc on every employee record is very time consuming and open to risk. Particularly for clients linked to HR who have this updated via API without ever visiting the Pay Options screen
