Variance Report available to clients before they approve Merged

Some clients need to use the variance report before they can approve the payroll - they currently can only view this report after they have approved the payroll which is causing issued for some clients.

    The Staffology Variance report seems to be a comparison of pay between (defined) periods.

    The Variance report in Payrite that many Payrite based client payrolls utilize quantifies all items that have changed in the pay run so that clients can see "variances" to permanent values and also what temporary additions / deductions etc. have been made for the current run. It is an extremely useful report in this format.
