In the benefits section for P11D, please can you add in the option for Optional Remuneration Arrangement?
When an employee is given the choice of a company car or cash allowance, the employee must pay tax on the higher amount. Iris P11D Organiser has this option, but Staffology payroll does not. We need this to ensure the correct taxable benefit amount is reported.
Could we please also request that this is added to all relevant benefits that are required to be processed in this way?
When contacting support, we have been advised to use the HMRC Online Form to complete correctly, however this process is all manual and requires manual calculations for all which is not appropriate when processing hundreds of P11Ds.
