Option to save files

On epaysafe the reports save into a file each month. Please can we have a files tab where we can pull a report pack for the month and it saves on to Staffology (which cannot be amended). If we make corrections to an earlier run it overrides the reports and we have no access to the previous ones to show the difference. Clients are requesting an auto generated report pack that pulls all requested reports for one month and saves into the processing notes or another tab.
