The clients (and processors) are currently having issues with increases as when you import the annual salary, the monthly amount updates but the hourly rate and day rate do not update unless they are manually clicked. This is a massive issue during increase season as every employee needs to be manually selected and updated for it to feed through to the payroll or O/T etc will import on the old hourly rate. Can we please get them all connected so we only need to import either the monthly or annual amount and they all update based on the working pattern.
