Working Pattern

In addition to the "working pattern" can we also have an option to enter the hours and working days on their EE record directly? Ive got a payroll with employees on about 10 different working patterns so ive had to go in and set up 10 different ones and although an employee might have the same amount of hours, they work different days so need yet another working pattern setting up, this is extremely time consuming and seems like a long winded way to put in the hours for an EE.
