Would be better if invoices were e-mailed directly to our accounts payable department. At present the Head of Finance is the owner on Staffology and the only one with access to billing - not a great system for the Head of Finance to have to log in and download invoices.
Hey Claire - Thanks for your idea. I will monitor the votes and update this idea if/when this goes in to development.
particularly if the invoice is not on there for a while. I got the the email for the direct debit payment on 1st of month. On 6th of month the direct debit goes out and today 8th of month - the invoice is still not on the system.
