Unpaid pay codes do not show on the Payroll Analysis report, making it difficult for clients to know that we have processed unpaid leave of their employees.
Hi Izzy, Have you had a chance to review about the unpaid hours showing on the payslips? As we have had multiple clients asking about this due to it just showing as a zero £ amount instead of hours like the paid hours are displayed.
Hi Izzy, Are the unpaid leave hours able to be shown on payslips also? At the moment it just says 'Unpaid Leave' with a zero pound amount, but that doesnt show the employee how many unpaid leave hours were processed.
Hey Izzy, Please see attached screenshot of current unpaid leave pay code set-up, this was the only way we could import unpaid leave hours via csv. The other issue with this sey-up is that the hours don't show on the payslip, it just says Unpaid Leave, so employees don't know how many hours of unpaid leave were processed for them.

Hey Craig - I managed to create the addition column with the unpaid leave. Please could you confirm how your pay code was set up so I can investigate this further.
