Enable Veteran and Freeport on the employee wizard

Setting up a new starter I'm going to call it the the employee setup wizard? Anyway there's a really annoying issue where you can't set an employee to Veteran or Freeport as you are forced to tick Veteran and Veteran start date, or tick freeport but these options aren't there on the employee setup wizard. You have to set them to an A rate and then go into the employee, then change them to a Veteran or Freeport and tick the boxes etc. Could we add these tick boxes to the wizard?
