Add Department Name column to Employee List

As a payroll client, when viewing the employee list, I can currently see a column for 'Dept' which shows the department code. It would be useful to client users if there was also a column for Department Name.

    Hey Liam - thank you for your idea! I will keep this under future consideration and if/when a timeline becomes available I will feedback.
