Issue: Staffology is trying to send payslips to MEPW for excluded employees

I had an issue on a payroll, where payslips didnt publish on MEPW because Staffology was trying to push payslips and create MEPW accounts for employees that were excluded from the payrun. The employees were joiners in that pay period.

Before sending payslips to MEPW, there needs to be a check in the software to check for excluded employees.

This issue was reported to the support team, but they have closed the ticket without reporting it to the dev team.

I would apreciate if this issue can be loked into.
