FPS Submission to show reason for late filing if any given

At present, if you select a reason for late filing, once submitted it is no longer possible to confirm that you did this as it does not appear on the page once accepted (I have checked in the gobbledegook too). Yes, the FPS will supersede the original for that period, but this is no guarantee a reason was included in the new submission. Can we have the reason given show on the FPS page once accepted. I'm not merging this with a previous version of this request, as that one says shipped but the problem still exists
