Issue with Standard System Reports

1. Unable to extract the Advanced Variance report when the pay code count exceeds 138. Large clients like Tilbury/Weaver Vale/Landmarc are facing issues downloading this.
2. No combined pension report available. We are required to extract separate reports for each pension scheme and pension type (Salary Sacrifice, Net, etc.), which increases workload.
3. No option to extract individual payslips for a pay run; payslips can only be downloaded from individual employee records.
4. System reports do not provide a breakdown of BIK elements, increasing manual checks.
5. Cost analysis reports show deductions as negative values, and element codes appear as headers, making it difficult for clients to understand the data. This results in reliance on custom reports instead of standard system reports.
6. Apprenticeship Levy figures are not included in reports unless payroll is finalised, whereas clients require total cost before approval (challenging for large clients).
7. Column/system headers cannot be edited.
8. Basic formatting like totals and autofit columns are missing, reports gets generated in csv format which make difficult for the client to read the report when generated directly from the system.
9. None of the system report contains App levy figures
10. ERS costs not displaying on Payroll Analysis report.
