myePayWindow Payslip Template 5 Updates

Template 5 was recently released on myePayWindow to mirror the Staffology payslip layout. However, there are currently a few issues:

1. The pay period dates do not reflect those set in Staffology, and instead just count back a month from the pay date. This has been confirmed to not be working as intended by Staffoloy support.

2. When displaying BIK separately on this payslip, a year-to-date of 0.00 appears. We understand that Staffology does not currently record BIK in a way that will display a functioning year-to-date total, but it would cause less confusion if this field was left blank as is shown on the example for this template.

Until these issues are resolved, the template would cause too much confusion for us to roll out to our clients. If they are resolved, this would be the most suitable current payslip solution for our business.
