Sending EPS after the 19th of the following month

Please can we submit an EPS after the 19th of the following month. We have a lot of clients who's contractor's don't give them the CIS voucher until on or after the 19th. This then causes interest being added by HMRC as suffered is not in the correct month.

    I don't understand why this wouldn't be a thing. Now we have no way of correcting an EPS past 19th. Earnie managed it just fine. If that was an error, can someone accidentally break Staffology too please
