Net to gross pay + additional pay codes

Please look into the settings when paying Net to gross and also adding additional pay codes . Currently the software can only handle one pay code if it is net to gross , any additional pay codes will mess up the calculation with NI , Tax and take home pay completely wrong !!

The only way to currently work around this, is to work out the gross amount, either manually or using the net to gross pay code, then we have to use the gross amount on basic pay and add the other pay codes. If net to gross option was used then this needs to be deleted and only basic pay option can handle multiple pay codes.

This seems to defeat the purpose of an intelligent software, surely not saving time and massive risk of mistakes.
